Dr Rishi had come to Dhaboli, 230 km from Mumbai to meet Dada Idate and attended naming of two schools named after him (Data Idate) upon invitation on 08 July, 2023. Mr Bhagwat Karad, MoS Finance of Government of India was the chief guest at the event and Dr Rishi was welcomed by him.
Dada Idate (Shri Bhiku Ramji Idate), is a leading social worker who has dedicated his efforts towards the welfare of deprived communities. Dada Idate currently serves as the chairman of the Development and Welfare Board for De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNCs) and is a member of the Identification & Classification Committee of NITI Aayog. Dada Idate was given Padmashree this year by Government of India.
