There are places that you visit.
And there are places that transform you.

I had the privilege of standing at Devprayag, the sacred confluence where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi merge to form the Ganga.
At this powerful sangam, one can visibly see two distinct rivers different in color, energy, and flow coming together to create something far greater than themselves. It is a profound reminder that collaboration is not about uniformity; it is about convergence with purpose.

In innovation ecosystems, in nation-building, in entrepreneurship, we often operate like individual streams. Distinct strengths. Diverse origins. Independent momentum. But true impact happens when we align vision, values, and velocity.

Devprayag teaches leadership without saying a word:
• Identity can be preserved even in integration.
• Power multiplies when energies converge.
• Legacy begins where collaboration deepens.
As India continues its journey toward becoming a global innovation powerhouse, we must think like rivers — resilient, adaptive, and relentless — yet always willing to merge for a greater cause.
Grateful for the stillness, the clarity, and the reminder that scale is born at the point of confluence.
